Hi, I'm Debbie and I used to be just like you. Endlessly searching for the magic pill, potion or solution that would help me lose weight and keep it off once and for all. I tried just about everything, and it was only when I stopped counting, measuring, and restricting, and started examining my thoughts, beliefs and habits, as well as listening to my body, that things changed. For good!
And now my mission is to help women just like you get off the endless hamster wheel of dieting and binging, and work with you to help you lose weight... for the very last time.
All without giving up the foods you love.
It's not food that's the problem, but rather your:
